How to delete your data

1 · Disconnect one platform

1. Sign in and open Settings → Connected channels.
2. Choose Disconnect on the platform you want removed.

We revoke the grant at the platform and delete the stored tokens plus any comments and drafted replies fetched from it. Nothing further is requested from that platform.

2 · Remove the app from the platform itself

Removing CoreLayerEngine in Facebook/Instagram/Threads settings sends us a deauthorization callback. We treat that exactly like a disconnect, automatically, and issue a confirmation code you can check at /platform/data-deletion/status.

3 · Delete the whole workspace

1. Sign in and open Profile → Delete workspace and type the workspace name to confirm, or
2. email [email protected] from the account address.

This erases every post, schedule, contact, asset and account record for that workspace, in every region we can reach. What remains is a tombstone recording that the deletion happened (workspace id, region, timestamp, reason and requester) with no name, email or content, kept as proof for 730 days. Erased data also persists in encrypted backups until they rotate out (7 daily / 4 weekly / 12 monthly); any restore re-runs the purge.
