Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses CoreLayerEngine. Violating it may result in suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited content & conduct
- Illegal content or activity, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; sending to recipients who have not lawfully consented or who have opted out.
- Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content; scams; malware or phishing.
- Hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually exploitative content; any content sexualising minors.
- Impersonation, or generating deepfakes/likenesses of real people without authorisation.
- Scraping, reverse‑engineering, or circumventing the Service or third‑party platform protections.
2. Messaging & consent
You are responsible for obtaining and honouring the lawful consent of every recipient you contact via WhatsApp, SMS or email, and for complying with laws such as India's TRAI/DLT rules, the US TCPA, CAN‑SPAM, and GDPR/ePrivacy. Always provide a working opt‑out.
3. AI & disclosure
Review AI‑generated content before publishing. Where required, disclose AI‑generated or sponsored content (the Service can auto‑label both). Do not use the Service to generate disinformation or impersonate public figures without sign‑off.
4. Platform policies
Comply with the terms and policies of any connected platform (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Questions: [email protected].
