Anti-Spam Policy

CoreLayerEngine — a proprietary product of Ektasi Technology Private Limited, Varanasi, India · Last updated 27 June 2026

CoreLayerEngine has zero tolerance for spam. This policy applies to every message you send through the platform (WhatsApp, SMS, email) and supplements our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Consent is required

You may only contact people who have given you lawful, demonstrable consent to receive your messages on that channel. You must keep records of that consent. Purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists are strictly prohibited.

2. Honour opt-outs

Every message must offer a clear, working way to unsubscribe, and you must stop messaging anyone who opts out promptly. The platform records opt-outs; do not attempt to bypass them.

3. Identify yourself

Messages must clearly identify you as the sender and must not use false or misleading headers, subject lines, or sender IDs.

4. Comply with the law & platform rules

You are responsible for complying with all applicable electronic-communication and anti-spam laws, including India's TRAI/DLT framework, the US TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, and the EU GDPR/ePrivacy rules — and with the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, Google and other platforms you connect.

5. Prohibited sending

6. Monitoring & enforcement

We monitor for abuse signals (complaints, bounce/spam rates) and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and report unlawful activity. Report suspected abuse to [email protected].
