This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid CoreLayerEngine plans, operated by Ektasi Technology Private Limited.
We encourage you to start on the free plan to evaluate CoreLayer before purchasing. This lets you confirm the Service fits your needs without payment.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro‑rata refunds for unused time in a period.
Because value is delivered as you use them, fees for use of the platform's AI Agents and content generation are non‑refundable. This includes generated posts, images, scheduling, autopilot proposals and other consumption‑based features once used.
In the rare event that we fail to provide the contracted Service (for example, a sustained outage attributable to us that prevents core use), we will issue a full refund of the affected fees within 14 working days of an approved claim.
Email [email protected] from your account email with your account details and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench).
