These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Ektasi Technology Private Limited ("CoreLayer", "we", "us"), governing your use of the CoreLayerEngine platform, websites and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
CoreLayer is an AI marketing automation platform. We may add, change, or discontinue features. The Service proposes content; you remain responsible for what you approve and publish.
We encourage you to start on the free plan to evaluate the Service. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through third‑party payment processors; you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You retain ownership of the content, brand information and contact data you provide ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Data solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights and lawful consents for Your Data, including consent of the recipients you message. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
The Service uses AI to generate text and images. Output is provided "as is", may be inaccurate, and is not reviewed by us. You must review and approve content before it is published, and you are solely responsible for published content. We do not guarantee any particular results. You may not generate deepfakes or content impersonating real people without authorisation; public‑figure content requires a named approver. The Service never spends your money, runs paid ads, or sends direct messages autonomously — those always require your action.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and third‑party platform policies (e.g. Meta, Google, WhatsApp), including anti‑spam and electronic‑communication laws.
The Service, including all software, design and trademarks, is owned by Ektasi Technology Private Limited and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, reverse‑engineer, or resell the Service.
The Service integrates with third parties (social platforms, payment processors, AI providers). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third‑party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ektasi Technology Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹10,000 if greater is not permitted).
You will indemnify and hold harmless Ektasi Technology Private Limited from claims arising out of Your Data, your published content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non‑payment, or risk to the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature survive will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench).
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
